- About the Agency Administrator Role -
Attention Agency Administrators:
To assist in accommodating everyone's busy schedules, we have
scheduled two online Agency Administrator training sessions for the
online validation tool. You do not have to attend both sessions,
they will both contain the same information.
As agency administrators you will have access to reports on usage of
the online validation tool. These reports will be useful in your
agency's performance measurement program along with other measures
of your web site's performance. Debi Orton, one of the
co-chairs of the NYS Forum IT Accessibility Committee, will be
available to answer any questions you may have about the tool, the
policy, and the standard.
We will explain how to enroll vendors who are working on content for
your agency, and we will be asking you for the information we will
need to ensure that your reports are accurate and complete.
Here's a list of the information we will need:
- Your validation tool user name (to give you permission to access
statistics)
- A list of the domain names you want included in your report.
If your agency has only one web site, we will assume that the domain
in your e-mail address is the one you want to test.
As mentioned, there will be two sessions:

Wednesday July 23rd at 10:00 am
